YumeProof Combines IOTA’s Tangle and Hardware Attestation for Secure Image Verification
YumeProof integrates the IOTA’s tangle to anchor immutable proofs of image data, paired with hardware attestation through Google’s Play Integrity API.
This combination allows images to be cryptographically signed at the moment of capture by a verified device, making any tampering or manipulation instantly detectable.
The system relies on the distributed ledger’s immutability to provide an unalterable record of the image’s origin and capture details.
The hardware attestation ensures that the device producing the image is genuine and has not been compromised, significantly reducing the risk of falsified media entering the ecosystem.
