SharpLink raises $537 million through offerings to finance ETH purchases
The company reported $537 million in net proceeds raised during the same week via a combination of a registered direct offering and issuance under its at the market program.
According to the update, $390 million was raised through the registered direct offering that closed on August 11 and $146.5 million came from the ATM facility.

At prevailing market levels, external estimates place the market value of SharpLink’s ether treasury at just over $3.1 billion, though the figure will continue to move with ETH price changes.
Company reports 1,388 ETH earned in staking since June 2 launch
SharpLink began its ether treasury strategy on June 2, 2025 and has earned 1,388 ETH in staking rewards since launch. The company introduced an “ETH Concentration” metric to track holdings relative to potential equity dilution and said the measure rose to 3.87, an increase of 94 percent since June 2.
The firm defines ETH Concentration as the number of ETH held per 1,000 assumed diluted shares outstanding, which includes issued shares plus the shares that would be issued upon assumed exercise or settlement of outstanding securities.
The weekly report detailed movements in the treasury across recent periods, showing ending balances of 438.2k ETH on July 27, 521.9k ETH on August 3, 596.8k ETH on August 10 and 740.8k ETH on August 17. The average ETH purchase price series rose from $3,756 to $4,648 over those weeks.
